How many calories are you allotting yourself for the day? I think you are scaling your lunch down a bit too much. I think if you are going to cut your calories that low, you may need to do a small snack about an hour after lunch. Maybe a small serving of yogurt. That will help balance things out for you during the day. Because I don't think you are taking in enough calories between breakfast and lunch to make it until dinner. If you make thing too hard for yourself, it will be hard to stick with it.
