hi all im so sorry i have been missing in action the last couple of days but i have been extremly busy and i soo hate it any way today i have to go get my car repaired and go grocery shopping i hate these type of days where i just run and run and never seems to slow down any way lets continue drinking that water to those people in the water challenge lets keep up the good work. love to all shelly
