I didn't eat all of my meals the way I'd planned them yesterday.
Still chalking it up as a win, though, since I'm still under my RDI. I'd like to say I'll do better today, but Charlie's having a shin-dig tonight, and goodness knows what sort of delicacies he'll have laid out for everyone.
