Man, I had a little "binge" yesterday... Was just so hungry and ate almost 40gm carbs!

Back on the wagon today :)

UGH!! I did that Sunday. I mean, I ate good stuff but I decided to have a couple sugar free cookies and muffins and though they were sugar free, they shot my carbs up! I still lost though but I was freakin out for a bit! LOL

Yeah, I am glad it happened the day after my weigh in day... I have the rest of the week to lose!!!
