You've got to be kidding me...

I decided to try challenges recently, and my first--one that involves walking a distance daily--begins today.

Last night, I sprained my ankle.

Haven't decided yet whether I'm going to try to walk today anyway. I'm unsteady, every step hurts, and it sounds like it could be unsafe.

On the other hand, I really need the exercise.

I'm such a klutz. =(

I wouldn't push it, you could injure it further. But don't leave the challenge just yet, you can pick it back up again in a few when the ankle feels better. Or maybe replace the walking with some swimming. As a fellow klutz, you have my sympathies.

Thanks! I'm going to try the swimming tomorrow with my dog. He's a lab mix, so he's all about being in the water anyway, lol.
