Woke at 229.6, up 1.4 from yesterday. Had a big blowout lunch and dinner yesterday and nearly hit 3000 calories for the day but carbs were at the 30 grams level. Commencing a 72 hour fast today. I'll do supplements, water, and black coffee but otherwise, that's it until Sunday evening dinner. Need to kickstart 2020 and I've already allowed myself to drift off my calorie goals for the month. Have a great weekend! UPDATE: Down to 227.8 by 5:30. Lots more to do. Not hungry, but my body temp has dropped like crazy. I can't seem to get warm. I'll have to tough it out!
