I'm having an issue with the carb count on the Waffle House Ham and CHeese omelet. I've been eating them for years and the carb count was 4. How, all of a sudden, did the carb count jump 6 grams? I'm thinking it didn't. It certainly didn't throw me out of ketosis, and a 10 gram jump should have. Think I'll still be eating them, while I try to contact WH headquarters to see what's up.
