Pretty stinking close! With that predicted deficit of -15,339 calories for the month of January, I should have lost 4+ pounds of body fat. The reality is that my scale weight dropped 5.5 pounds. But that's only part of the story. By adding muscle (which I'm quite certain I did), that will have increased my overall weight meaning I actually lost more fat than that! I just kept my monthly target at 2400 daily calories and figure that would result in a slow, steady fat loss... and it did indeed! I'll know for sure what my %s are on April 30th when I take my final measurements! For now, I'm just watching the CICO magic show! 💪🏻
