It still surprises my husband when I say "lets have steak for dinner". The more I train, the meatier my diet gets. We've been together almost 16 years, and its taken almost that long for me to appreciate a good steak.

I used to be full vegetarian, until my early 20s. I couldn't imagine eating a plant-based diet only nowadays though, because I just feel so much more energetic with more meaty items in my diet. I'm definitely getting there on the steak. This one was a particularly tasty one.
