Today is my first day. Going to try intermittent fasting as my eating is out of control. I started my fast last night at 9pm. Currently on 15hours. I was only meant to do 14 but have a phone call meeting at 12pm so will wait until after then. Planned out my smoothies/shakes for the day. Also have some delicious homemade soup for this evening. I've never been so determined in all my life.
