Been awhile since I've weighed in. Got a membership at the YMCA at the beginning of June. Was going three times a week, working out for about an hour each time. Went on vacation, got sick, hurt my back. Threw me off the wagon. Started going again last week. Stepping it up to five times a week. I feel like I've lost a little bit in the gut, but the scale doesn't reflect that. Could be the whole muscle-weighs-more-than-fat thing. Whatever it is, I'm discouraged.
