Things are going surprisingly well for me. I've tried losing weight so many times before, but I think this time around I'm more committed than I ever have been. This site helps a lot too, it keeps things in perspective for me.
My backs all healed so me and my mom took the dog on a nice long walk again tonight. Then I holed myself up in my room for a little bit and danced like a maniac. I imagine I might have resembled a seizing walrus. ha. I had to do something to work off the excessive amount of carbs I had for dinner.
