Feeling better today. Ketostix are a dark pink and I am hoping for some loss but I kind of think that with all of my sodium intake that might not happen. Second week of induction. I am having a hard time with wanting a treat and wish I could have an Atkins bar or shake. Being really strict with those products to stay in ketosis. For some reason the bars seem to make the ketostix stop showing a change in color. Keep on keeping on. Going to work out and walking at work on my breaks.
