Finally under 200 again, and it came as kind of a surprise, though not a huge one. I haven't been as obsessed with losing lbs as before, but I have noticed a considerable change in my appearance and pant size. I feel more confident and more full of energy. I don't feel lazy and afraid to go out in public bc of not liking how I look. This is so huge for me, because I had avoided going to public areas (except bars and restaurants) for almost 3 years. Now I go shopping for hours and I am not exhausted, and not ashamed of looking at myself as I pass by a mirror. I just like the way life is moving right now :)
