Journal de onmyway, 05 sept. 10

188.8 today, back and forth for several days now. I haven't felt well this week, sinus problems and feeling like I can barely function at times, just wanting to lie down. Whatever my system is fighting off, I think it's wreaking havoc on my weight as well. I'm pretty in tune to how my body works, and it's been off for days. Not much I can do but wait it out and let my medicine take care of the sinus problems...maybe once that's better everything will return to normal.

Going for a hike this morning...so far I have more energy this morning than I have in recent days. Hoping it lasts as there is no quitting once the hike starts. Maybe being outdoors will be good for me.

Eating plan is mostly good for today, except for lunch at Fuddruckers. Planning to either have a kids meal, or a veggie burger on wheat bun with a fruit cup as my side dish.
