The hike went very well, covered about 3.25 miles in just over an hour, so we kept up a pretty quick pace. We went to Fuddruckers for lunch, where I had the veggie burger on wheat bun, a fruit cup (mostly papaya), and ate 4-5 wedge cut fries from my husband's plate. :p All told, I counted less than 500 calories for lunch. The veggie burger wasn't bad, but I may go for the turkey or buffalo burger next time, both healthy options and I think they might be a more satisfying lunch.
Today, well, my back is telling me that I worked out muscles I don't ordinarily use yesterday, I take that as a good thing. The scale registered 187.8 this morning, finally a little movement (just hoping it doesn't spike upwards again, as has been the pattern for the past week, one day loss, two days spike). Sinuses are still causing some issue, but I think it's improving. Sticking with the plan and waiting to see what happens next.
