My wife and I had dinner at Fleming's last night to celebrate Valentine's Day. Trust me...I ate 1/3 of what I would have typically consumed as a Fatboy! I did not sweat calories and or feel guilty. I knew what I was consuming and knew the consequences but life must happen. The butter and salt that restaurants add to their dishes is heavy. No worries...back to the grind, and that is not a negative because once you get into a healthier mind frame, the positive side effects totally outweigh the compulsion for food.
