So, I need to drop as much as I can within 25 days, which is THE birthday night out. Crap.

Anyway, going to increase the exercise dramatically ie. going from nothing to everyday. I've been super lazy since March, I did the 30 day shred for about 2 weeks, got the flu so stopped and never bothered to work out again but realise I probably ought to do SOMETHING apart from walking seen as my body is used to weight lifting, walking doesn't really do anything (much) for me.

Trying to decide whether to keep my calorie intake the same and add the workouts OR whether to up my calories and add the workouts...to be honest, I don't really count calories, but I'm not a big eater day in day out, I'm more of a binge eater (which is why I got into this whole mess to start with...) I probably average out at 1000-1200 but I know I sometimes have much less but other times I also have much more, I just eat when I'm hungry so don't know for certain how many calories I actually eat. Maybe I should just keep doing the same, I turn into a hungry beast when I weight train but don't want to just eat all of the calories I burn off back! Maybe I'll have to start calorie counting...I hate counting calories!

Also trying to figure out if I should increase my carbs, I'm sort of low carbing, I mainly eat protein but I TRY to keep my carbs to around 60g but I'm not too fussed as long as I'm below 100g. Need to get everything right to maximise weight loss for my mini 25 day goal! Ahhhh And by weight loss I don't mean on the scales, I mean INCHES, because the last time I did the 30 day shred I put on 3-4lbs but I looked tonnes better, lost about an inch everywhere so going to have to ditch the scales for a few weeks and see where I'm at the at end...let's call this my little May experiment...

Yea, that's why I prefer the mirror as a gauge rather than the stupid scale!
