For anyone who thinks this Way of Eating is easy...IT'S NOT! Or changing your entire lifestyle...it's NOT either! But has it been worth it? OOOOHHHH YEAH! What do I miss about being fat? NOT A THING!!! And what do I look forward to with my hard earned success...EVERYTHING. I feel better, look better, shop easier, play harder, exercise more, smile more, laugh more, (have sex more), ...it's all alot better on this side of the hard work! I know alot of people who say this...but I mean it from the bottom of my heart...if I can do this...anyone can do this! You simply have to make up your mind to what you really want. Educate yourself fully about the commitments you are making...and then follow through with the changes that are upon you...like I said...not easy, but worth it! I'm worth it! Love.
