I grabbed the wrong Monster drink this morning and drank it all before I noticed it was NOT zero sugar. I'm going to chug water like crazy today and hope it doesn't affect me too severely. Sugar is so bad for my mood & seizure activity. I will pay better attention to ingredients before I just grab off the shelf from now on. 😬😢
