Calling all buddies - please I need your peer pressure! I've read your posts; I've given a kind word, advice, firmness when needed. Now I need some help! I need you to force me to stop snacking (and wanting to snack) by bidding against me. Seriously, I work best under pressure...and the longer it takes me to go under 200 the more exercise I'll have to payback.

You're on. But a question first. Why are you doing "excess" snacking. Some snacks are good...some are just sobatage. Which one is it!

I dunno...when I prepare salmon for my husband I eat some. Technically, it's extra calories and ith as basil butter on it so it is fattening. Stuff like that. Mostly, preparing different food for him and his family (visiting) had made me nibble here and there on what I'm putting together for them. Before it was very easy to ignore non JC food, but since it got colder (and cozier) I'm feeling more compelled...
