Going through a lot right now so of course I haven't been eating right or making time for the gym... going back to school is very time consuming and losing my job was def not in the cards.... I need to refocus and stop letting those around me interfere with my goals!!!

I hear you.. I have been having some of the same issues.. too much to do.. so I keep putting my plans on the back burner.. WE need to put our goals further to the front and see to them!

I know! :( I hate feeling like putting myself first for once and my goals a priority is me being selfish but in order for me to reach those goals I have to.

I think you just need to find the right balance -- and I know it's easier said than done, but you can do it :) Don't get discouraged!! Good luck getting back on track!
