In March a joined a womens fitness studio that i love. We do a lot of resistance and weight training, full body workouts and some cardio work. I love this studio. In March i was 200+ lbs, by July i bought my first pair of size 10 jeans ....from a size 16.
I am very proud of my progress this far.

On Sunday it was my sons birthday we went out over night and stayed at a hotel ... i totally blew my diet for 2 days!!! and i amd feeling very guilty and bloated.

This morning i got back on track had my cereal with berries and banana, and for 10am snack an apple and cheese string...looking forward to a 6" sub from subway for lunch and a kashi granola bar for snack. then im hitting the gym tonight and having a healthy dinner.
Goodbye bloating and feeling fat...hello new strong sexy body!!!
