Way to go. Enjoy the good meal. I love to eat a good steak when I go out as I never get steak at home. making me want steak now mmmmm. Isn't it fun buying new outfits when you feel soooo good in them! 

the shopping its the best! I swear its so american to have three sizes at all times in our closets!!! Looks like you've lost a ton of wt!! good for you. what's the next goal wt/ weigh in. I'm new here, how often do you wiegh in? and how do you like the site??? 

LOL Chris...was thinking about your comment as I was driving to dinner. The Roadhouse Cafe is a very posh restaurant located on the cape. We have a Texas Road House a few towns over and the kids love going for steak there but love their rolls and butter the best. The appetizer my parents ordered was $66!! Then my salad alone was $10 and another $25 for my dinner...wow!! I can only imagine the bill as they paid for 13 people!!! It was a fun evening and I splurged a bit by ordering chicken saltenbocca with spinach, procuit and cheese. We shall see what my scale says in a day or tow...oh boy.... I took a tiny bite of the carrot cake birthday cake and drank lemon water and then some tea after dinner.
