Back on track - i haven't cheated (not even a bite) for 2 full weeks but i'm struggling to loose as quickly as i should be on this diet. I see my Dr. again on Saturday and am going to ask if working out has something to do with it. I've just started working out 2 weeks ago...maybe i'm building muscle. Either way, i'm happy with my loss - 20lbs in 6 weeks is great. It shouldn't matter if i loose the typical 3-4 pounds a week, as long as i'm getting it off! (at least i have to tell myself that every day because i'm easy to discourage...) :)
