Day 1

Successfully ate in portion control.
1 pitta bread with a cup or less of cooked veg.

When I use to eat in my limits, not only did I feel great and not tired all the time, you don't feel bloated or in fear of gaining anymore weight 👍🏻

It takes one step at a time to get back to the rhythm.
