Neck 14 (no change)
Bicep 16.5 (down 0.5)
Forearm 12 (no change)
Chest 44.5 (down 1.5)
Waist 43 (UP 1)
Hips 53 (down 2.5 yay!)
Thigh 31.5 (no change)
Calf 20.5 (down 0.5)

That's a total of 4 inches lost since 24th June, and a total of 10.5 inches since starting back in May.

I am not sure what the deal is with my waist. I always used to have a small waist. I am thinking that it may be fluctuating with my water intake, which lately hasn't been as good as it should be.

I've been going to the gym a lot, and have now built strength training into my regime. The thing I'm finding REALLY hard is the shoulder press. I seem to have very little strength in my shoulders. Well, just got to keep plugging away at it, no pain no gain!
