I have been doing workouts for 2 weeks now. mostly just target area type workouts, but I have started including some cardio as well.

waist - with love handles: 37
waist - small part: 31
hips: 40 (with the widest part of thighs)
Thigh: 23
Arm: 12

I have been really good with determination and am not happy that I haven't seen ANY results, but hopefully soon. If I can get my bike working I will be adding in a daily ride for my lunch or first thing each morning. I CAN do this!!
