Oh my! So I went away on the 14th and basically my healthy eating and exercise plan went out the window. I got back mid afternoon on the 19th and went straight to do the horse but I was exhausted and didn’t have any healthy food in my fridge so I’ve ate weird stuff like sausage & rice and had a KFC. I knew I was going with my family to an all you can eat Chinese on Saturday for my family birthday get together so the incentive to be good wasn’t there. I started being good again Monday 24th and got weighed on the 26th. I should have done it when I got up but I did it after breakfast and 1ltr of juice so although the scales say I gained 3lb during my week and a half rampage I actually figure it’s not quite so much and certainly isnt as bad as it could have been. I’ve not been motivated to go the gym though which is really bad. I’m definitely going to go today. Back on the wagon and finding my way! I can do this!!
