OK still not back fully on track!! splurged again on a piece of chocolate (not a whole chocolate bar just 4 little squares) TOM is approaching fast, im exhausted and just want to sleep and eat, next week will be better. My partner and i have our own BBQ business so i have to work super hard at not cheating this weekend while im working a zillion hours at the fairgrounds...hahaha we will see how it goes!!! wish me luck! im off to the gym tonight so im sure the girls will help me keep a good mind set.
