Im not even yo-yo-ing at this point, Im more like a red rubber ball.

My super hectic life will be wrapping up this weekend. I think that my kid is on the right path 🤞🤞🤞 and we wont be having problems with quite the intensity as the past two weeks. Im looking forward to putting myself first and getting back on track. I feel crappy and I just cant have this. Plus I have 134 days until I go to Colorado and I want to be in a much better place physically and mentally - which is going to take some work.

Find a way to practice good self care today. Something you like that feels good. My go to’s are: a bubble bath with a book, some mindful breathing, prayer, yoga stretches and good music playing in my earbuds, or even hot tea or coffee and a phone call to a good friend.

focus on what you need to commit (I totally second that self care comment) and as long as you keep coming back to your goals youre doing better than avoiding them! youve got this!! sending lots of good vibes and glad the chaos is wrapping up for you!

Thanks yall! I got back in town early enough to get dinner with my family and then I totally zoned out with my earbuds to some music, and did some drawing which I dont get to do enough. It was a much needed "me" night!
