In these couple of weeks where I'm working out like crazy and my muscles are sore everyday....yet not losing a single pound, I learnt something: it doesn't matter if you do not eat the same amount of calories that you consume, because I do everyday; right not that I consume 2000 Kcal and I eat 1000Kcal; but I still eat less calories than I consume, so why I'm not losing weight?
The reason is: it depends of the calories that you're eating! Yes!
Because... trust me if I'd be able to eat 2000 Kcal of tomatoes per day I still will loose weight even without working out...
It is all matter of what type of food you're eating, what's the relation between carbs and proteins and fat...
It is just an endless war!
