Work is cray 😫 Hangry lol. Venison pot roast hubby made yesterday. I added a new roast last night because my 20 year old was taking all the meat lol. Threw in last of baby spinach and roasted red peppers and cooked all night. It’s so good 😊

Thank you for checking In najwa ☺️ ♥️♥️It’s definitely getting better friend 🙌 I think although my injury is old, having no surgery, and getting older and work being extra busy at is the culprit. Heat packs, muscle relaxers, 600-800 mg ibuprofen only when needed. 💜💚

With all that good food you make and such a nice presentation I'm surprised you can even lose a pound. If that kind of food were around me I'd be gaining 10 lb a day. Way to go!

It’s all healthy skinny 🤗😋♥️ But there was chocolate cake yesterday and chips 🤤 I had one slice and a handful of chips and logged it☺️

I'm planning to make beef & veggie soup with the left over pot roast. No teenagers around here so we had meat left. We ate most of the veggies, so I'll add more 😊
