Day 6...
dieting at home is definitely harder at home than it is at work! We went out for supper last night and my husband make bacon for breakfast. I've been trying to avoid all of the temptations at home. :) Super aware of what I'm putting in my mouth these days.
I need to make the time to excercise soon! I love to roller blade and my kickboxing workout. Just need to find the ambition...one step at a time, right?
