Hi all I have been struggling over the last two day as I have decided also to lessen my caffeine intake so my every seems to have dropped and really am then struggle with hunger and headaches! motivation to exercise... just though I have been going but just not wanting to is the issues! any tips?

If U struggle with hunger make a tasty vegetable soup and eat a big bowl to fill u up

Hi Julie for me staying hydrated is super important otherwise I just feel like shit headaches and real sluggish.Just make sure your drinking the right amount of water your body requires.

I have been learning about electrolytes for helping with headaches... you need salt and water, somehow. I have been drinking weak tea or veggie broth... even eating a teaspoon of vegemite followed by a large glass of water.

When you wean yourself off caffeine you get headaches and vivid dreams, but it goes away in two or three days. You’ll then feel better.

It was fine but I needed to slowly wean for me I can't be driven crazy I am going to battle this caffeine addiction and I know I'll beat it so thank you all for you advice and support!
