Get back with the program Angel. You may have slipped a bit, but if you stick with it, you should see results. Stay within your RDI. Don't try to cut back too much. It's the fastest way to sabotage your metabolism. Do your core exercises and try to keep your protein near 100g and your carbs below 60g. That should help you slim down in the middle.
