can someone pick me in the butt I can't seem to do weights at the gym. I want to I just can't do the first step. ☹️

🤗You can do it! When I started I went machine first. Eventually free weights and a combination now. I bet you’ll be in love with weights after a time or two of doing it.

As BK2526 said start with equipment and go easy on the weights. Adjust until you feel it working your muscles but not over stressing. When I comes to weights, slow and controlled movement is best for the resistance. Also start with low reps. Say 3 sets of 8 reps with a short break inbetween. Build reps from there. You will be amazed how your strength grows in just a month. It is definitely a commitment just like controlling your intake of food
