I'm sick of being fat. I'm sick of eating so much that I feel like I am going to be sick every night of my life. I'm tired of being tired all the time and I'm tired of things not working the way they are supposed to. I am ready to lose weight I think and I want to do it a healthy way.

So lets see what we can do.
