Very bad no good unbearable unhappy day, and the weight reflects how i feel inside. More problems with my kid, about to try to find a counselor to help me work through things.

Someone please tell me that making solid food choices is in my control and theres no reason to eat like shit when I feel like shit.

Making solid food choices IS in your control, and you CAN be successful even when you feel like sh!t in other areas. Hang in there. I know stress can be a big contributor to diet failure, but it doesn't HAVE to be. Good job on seeking counseling. The smartest thing a person can do is get help when they need it. Both my kids went to counseling, and so have I. Use whatever tools are available to you, including this website for support.

That IS something you can control. Can't control the kids but you can control you. Counseling is a wonderful thing. Good luck
