well, got through the glitch and started a new group! (very excited about that.) for those that don't know...my old group was closed due to illness...which left many of us without a home. We used to be a private group, but after some discussion, decided we wanted to go public. We all totally enjoy the interaction with others here on this site, and are hopeful we can support one another as we change our lives, permanently. I am taking a LOT of good information, mindset changes, and strong loving encouragement with me from the group I started with... (a little sad to see it "officially" end.) But I am sooo looking forward to developing new friendships with everyone - and helping others regain their momentum in a lasting lifestyle change.
Just for the record - we are just what our name suggests... Committed! Focused! and a NO EXCUSES!! kind of group. All are welcome, atkins or otherwise...but please be courteous of our Lifestyle Choice should you come from a different perspective. Thanks, and see ya on the boards!
