Didn't do bad yesterday but posting my weight every day is showing how I do overall. Started off the "stay at home" order on Friday doing well but have been going downhill the last couple of days. At first I was doing a mental inventory of my food on hand and figuring if I watch the portions I have enough for at least a month. Then I ate the 2 butterfingers I bought and had planned to eat at the end of the first week of staying put and the 2nd one at the end of week 2. Well, I ate both of them the same day. Don't remember exactly when. Haven't been sleeping well. I know I got up at 3am yesterday morning and went to the family room with a heated throw and heating pad to watch TV. I made a cup of hot chocolate and I think I ate 2 pop tarts. Then I went back to bed and started the day over around 7am. Posting my weight every day is at least keeping me aware of where I am.

Keep on posting! I'm having opposite issues. I cannot seem to want to get out of bed and I used to love it. It was my quiet coffee time- read some scriptures- get ready to go to the gym. Suddenly I'm turning off the alarm and have zero energy and each day I tell myself I'll start tomorrow. I hate these dumbbells at home. At least it is 60 and sunny so definitely getting out after work before the sun goes down... after a quick nap.

Thanks Shirfleur - I am a worrier, always have been and right now I have an excuse for it! Tatauu - I've had trouble sleeping for years, sometimes it's not too bad. I think it's my pets. I have 3 cats that all want to sleep on the bed and next to me and a dog that has to be leaning up against me. I get up sometimes just to get away from them. Once the weather is warmer it won't be so bad, the cats love heat and I guess I must have a huge amount of body heat! DP - I'm in opposite world too. I'm overeating now, and not the good stuff! I've had about 2 days worth of food today. Getting hungry later in the day as usual. Makes me want to go to the grocery store - if I'm going to show weight gains every day I want it to be from chips or cookies, not corned beef hash!
