I have been slacking for such a long time. I'm not really sure how to get back on track right now. It was so much easier to manage my calorie intake and do exercise before my brother and sister got here. Now its like...eat out every other day, snacking, and just hanging out on the couch.

Yesterday was a special day, we celebrated chile's independence day at home, my mom bought half a goat at the butcher, we made a bunch of salads and empanadas. empanadas are like mini pizzones, stuffed with either a meat mix or cheese. And sopaipillas, which are like less greasy elephant ears. Well, I ate a lot yesterday. The goat meat made me sick, but I think everything made me sick. I have not eaten like that ever. My hands are swollen, pants fit tight. I want to lose another 20 by christmas, so i need to get serious about this again.

I have been slacking a lot too. I was bummed to find out that I am only down 2.5 pounds this month. I really thought I would be closer to my goal. It's just so easy to slip back into the "old" ways. I know we can do this.
