Well I've been super busy with school and everything, but I did my workout today (YAY!) and burned 520 calories in an hour. I pushed myself to almost "run" during step aerobics, and it felt good once I was done.
Tomorrow I get my hair done, first time in like... well, let's just say WAY TOO LONG. My poor hair always gets neglected because I work in a "dirty" field, always having to pull my hair up so it's out of the way while leaning over fish tanks or ponds or doing things under the microscope, so I never do much with it. I can't wait.
I hope I walk outta there tomorrow feeling super sexy.
Also, I'm not sure if it's just the fact that I've worn my jeans a few times (but washed them too, and this is true even after the wash), I have a bit of room in my size 6's. :D
Oh, also - not weighing myself until my TOM is over. So, that should give me a few days WITH working out and NOT stepping on the scale, and hopefully I'll see a bit of a drop once I'm over it.
