Things have been going fairly well, except for having a piece of cake for breakfast...LOL, probably went straight to my fat reserves because my body thinks we may be starving...hoping it'll adjust and I can get off this plateau.

Well sometimes its good to have something to shock your system. but i got on the scale this morning....i weigh MORE than i thought i did..and and its depressing....so i wont' be making an adjustments to my weight loss for awhile i am thinking. but it has motivated me, that along w/the fact that i couldn't find any shirts that looked nice yesterday :(
