I was irritated that I performed this months challenge slower than last months until I realized my dumb ass lost count on lunges and I totaled 450 reps instead of the required 400. Oh well time to beat was 14 min and at a turtles pace I came in at 20 minutes today. Have I mentioned how much I hate lunges!!! Go figure I did extra 😂💪👊
Definitely burnt more that 140 calories too.
