I pasted the weekly diet page to my microsoft word page, but need a place to send it - how do we send it to our journal entry? It needs an address, I couldn't paste it. Anyway, here are my stats for the week. Monday - 18 carbs. Tuesday - 20 carbs. Wednesday - 12 carbs. Thursday - 18 carbs. Friday 18 carbs. Saturday 16 carbs. Sunday 18 carbs. Measurements - chest 41" waist - 37" no change. Weight - 203. Done at night so I may have had more weight loss if it'd been done in a.m but I lost 2.6 pounds! an accomplishment! plus I posted two diets, did much more walking despite back pain and have done induction successfully without cheating! :)

There is a really small blue writing below the MINI CHALLENGES. It is off to the right and says "weigh in and report". If you click on that it will take you to the reporting section of the challenge. It is rather difficult to find and took me THREE times to figure out yesterday!!!! We'll all get the hang of this eventually!! Good job on your numbers. Looks like you're off to a good start!
