Day 1: Not so terrible. I went over in calories only slightly. Which is an accomplishment for me currently. Didnt get to the gym but didn walk around the mall a little. Hopefully will be able to get to the gym sometime this week. Tonight I will walk around a little but no time with the commute and plans after work.
