I totally need to get focused again. There is nothing major on my schedule until VEGAS! So glad the hubby's 40th party is past - it was awesome, but a lot of work and a lot of cocktails! I spent most of this week eating a bunch of junk. Once I have something bad, it's hard to stop! It is so true that I feel better when I eat better, so I'm going to stay on top of it and get back to recording everything. The workouts have been fine, but I could even step those up a bit too. Happy Weekend everyone - no sabotaging!

holy moly! I could have written your journal so many times! Eating right is the first thing that goes for me when I have a lot going on. I feel like I am getting a better handle on it though lately. Are you still doing P90X?

I'm logging in after several weeks away. I'm back to 140 and really want to hover around 135 instead! Reading your post sounds like we're in the same boat. Thanks for the invite (awhile ago - which I never saw cause I didn't log in) for P90X. I know a lot of people who have benefited from it but I don't have the video and am on another type of w/o schedule. Like you, that's not really my problem. It's the eating! Love pasta, pizza, wine. Gotta start counting again. Starting today. :)

wow - I never notice when there is a comment on my journal...sorry no response. loveaic - I did do p90x fairly well for about 4 weeks, and as you can see, I have to get back to it again. Good Luck Lisa...I guess I'll try to follow my own advice to you too - WE MUST RECORD EVERYTHING WE EAT!!!!!!!!!
