Down 2 pounds this morning. Not that I really deserve it-had a bad week last week but have improved my eating habits lately so hopefully I dodged a bullet! I have to stay focused. I know it''s the stress of my job right now, trying to start a new business and family matters. I suck at compartmentalizing!
