My diet is slowly going into the crapper. I never thought I’d see a day where I can’t get chicken in the grocery store.

:( If it makes you feel better- My diet is in the crapper 50% of the time these days and there's plenty of chicken to be bought. (That probably didn't make you feel better.)

Chicken is avail here but almost none @ Wal-Mart.

I also had a horrible day yesterday! It's like lose a pound then gain 2. I always start out with good intentions then by mid day I eat everything that doesn't bit me first.
